"My guitar came back better than ever"
I sent in my guitar for a repair, it came back playing even better than it did before. This guitar means a lot to me since it’s the one I’ve been using for years with my buddies, so I was a little nervous about sending it off. They kept me updated clearly along the way, and the work they did was really clean. It took a little longer than I was hoping, but in the end it was definitely worth it. I’m really happy with how they handled everything...

"Awesome tone, just needed a quick setup"
I bought a Gibson from gibson.com it sounds really good 🙂 The tone is warm, full, and has that thicker sound I was hoping for. Cleans are super smooth, and once you add a little drive, it really comes alive. It feels especially great for blues and rock stuff. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because it needed a bit of setup when it arrived. Not a huge deal, but for the price, I expected it to be a little closer right out of the box.

"Helpful info before buying"
I checked out the guitar on Gibson before pulling the trigger, and what showed up was exactly what I expected. The photos, finish details, and hardware specs all lined up, which definitely made me feel better about ordering without seeing it in person first. No surprises, which is kind of all you can ask for.

"I like Gibson overall, and the site..."
I like Gibson overall, and the site is easy to get around, but the pricing gets on my nerves. Some items seem worth it for the quality, but then others feel way overpriced for what they are. I don’t really have the patience to keep checking back or comparing every little thing just to figure out what’s actually a fair deal. It’s not a bad experience, but the prices could definitely be more consistent

"Classic Gibson vibe, but the timing felt off"
The site definitely has that gibson feel in parts, with the classic look and vibe you’d expect. But i noticed some pages look a little too clean and modern, almost like they lost some of that old guitar-brand character. What bugged me more was the timing of it all, I was expecting that vintage gibson feel right away, and instead it kind of showed up in some places and not others, which felt a bit poorly timed and inconsistent

"Refund was okay, just kinda slow"
I ordered something from gibson.com and later decided I wanted to cancel/get a refund. They did approve the refund, so that part was fine, but it defintely took longer than I thought it would. I ended up having to check in once just to see what was going on. Customer service was polite, nothing bad really, just not super quick. I did get my money back in the end, so I can’t complain too much, but it would’ve been nicer if the refund updates were a little clearer.

"Stayed in Tune All Weekend"
My Gibson holds tuning way better than I expected. I played it all weekend and barely had to mess with the tuners, which is great because I hate stopping every few songs to fix tuning. Happy with it so far.

"Came Set Up Just Right"

"I had some trouble with the wiring on…"
I had some trouble with the wiring on my Les Paul, and support actually helped me through it in a way that didn’t make me feel stupid, which I appreciated a lot. There was a bit of waiting around before getting help, but once I did, the guy was really patient and knew what he was doing. So yeah, it ended up being a good experience, even if I was kind of confused at the start.

"Reeeally solid replacement parts"
I ordered a few replacement parts from Gibson the hardware feels reeeally solid. Nothing looked cheap or flimsy when it arrived, which was a nice relief. The tuners fit just right and the finish was clean too — no weird scratches or rough edges. Even the screws were decent, and yeah, I know that sounds basic, but it actually maaakes a difference. Shipping was fine, not crazy fast or anything, but totally okay. Overall, I’m happy with the quality and I’d definitely buy hardware from them again

"I’ve really enjoyed playing this guitar…"
I’ve really enjoyed playing this guitar overall. It feels good in my hands and has been fun to pick up whenever I need a little reset. After a few months, though, the pickup switch started getting crackly, which was disappointing. It’s not enough to ruin the whole experience, but it did remind me that even a guitar you connect with can have a few little flaws.

I got my gibson last month and I’ve been really impressed so far. The wood and finish feel great in hand, and it definitely doesn’t feel like they cut corners on the materials, if that makes sense

"Return was easy, really easy"
I had to return something I ordered from gibson.com, it was way easier than I expected. The instructions were clear, the return label was simple to get, and once the item got back to them, my refund came quick. No hassle, no hassle at all. I didn’t have to deal with a bunch of back and forth or sit around waiting forever. Overall, I’m happy with how they handled it.

"Great guitars, but the value depends on you"
I’ve always thought Gibson makes really solid guitars, and the website was easy to get around. The quality definitely feels good to me, but for the price, I was expecting a little more. I can see why some people would feel it’s worth it, especially if they’re a big fan of the brand, but personally I’m not totally convinced the cost makes sense for everyone

"Ridiculously easy to play right out of the box"
My gibson showed up already set up really nicely, which was such a relief. The neck feels super smooth and the action is low without any annoying buzzing. It’s ridiculous how much easier it is to play compared to what I was using before. I can play longer now without my hand getting tired.

"Quick replies, but still a bit confusing"
They did reply fast, which I appreciated, but I got a little annoyed because some of the communication wasn’t as clear as it should’ve been. I had to follow up to understand a few things that could’ve been explained better the first time.

It arrived a bit later than I expected, though to be fair I may have been checking the tracking a little too often because I needed it sooner. Not a huge deal in the end, but the delay was a little annoying.
